What you need

  • Pen
  • Paper
  • Water bottle
  • Timer

Circuit training

  • 5 exercises | 5 rounds
  • 30 seconds work | 30 seconds rest
  • Rest for 1 - 2 minutes after each round
  • See video for exercise demonstrations
  • Record your scores for each round on your paper, try to beat your personal best!
  • Can you answer the questions at the end of the video to test your knowledge?
